Air bag light at startup

How long does your airbag light stay on at startup? Mines stays on for about 4-5 seconds, then goes out. Is this too long? Does your stay on for the same duration? Thanks.

This is normal. If your Maxima is equipped with ABS, that dashboard warning light will also persist briefly after startup.
