Strange noise on Front Drivers Side
D@mn...another problem with my baby.
So for the last few weeks or so I can hear this sound coming from the front of the car. It seems to only happen when the weight of the car is distributed more to the front left wheel (so when making right hand turns) and only at speeds of around 25 and up. The sound is sort of a "wu-wu-wu-wu" noise. It doesn't sound as though the tire is rubbing on anything because the sound is not constant but more in intervals. I can feel it in the floor panel below my feet while driving and I can't tell what the hell it could be. A buddy of mine mentioned the fron axle and the CV Joints. I've dealt with cracked CV's before and the sound is more of a fast clicking noise. Not in this case.
Any Ideas?!

Check your wheel bearing. Jack the car up on the side of the problem, and try rolling your wheel either way. If it moves more than 3" either way or makes any unusual sounds, that's your problems.

I'm gonna take a look as soon as I get off work tonight. Thanks for the help.
I don't know a whole lot about cars and just last week I got done replacing my alternator and saving an @ss load of money. All because I've been reading up and learning how to do stuff myself.
