i got lucky. saw a used SP on here of a 98. i paid $350 plus shipping. i would have liked to get the sp2 since the tip is nicer then the sp tip and its all stainless but for the price and the fact that is t"shouls" bolt right up, i think i got a good deal. i hope everything goes smoothly with the SP2 for ya

anyone have an pics of how the SP look on the car?

coupled with that Y pipe it will be loud... Ive heard the Greddy SP with a Stillen Y pipe and it was a bit loud for me, but then again i HATE loud cars!
Fittment might be another issue with your car. I think it was the 97-99 max's where the greddy sp tip sticks out about an inch past the rear bumper!!

I have just the Greddy SP, PR CAI and RVM UDP and i can barely hear mine under acceleration...

I have the SP with a warpspeed ypipe, when I first had it on, it was loud to me but within a week, I was loving the sound. It has been with me for almost 2 years and I don't foresee it being replaced by anything else. You will be happy with your purchase.

The noise you will get used to it. Always depends on how you drive.
