Cleaning BOSE Headunit???

I've been getting ERR messages when putting in certain CD's and I figured that I would have to clean it sooner or later. I was just wondering if I could use a regular Laser Lens Cleaner to clean it or would I need a special cleaner for a car. Thanks in advance.
