Ah...after alternator replacement belts loose

Im frusterated, about 2 weeks ago i brought my car in to get the alternator replaced, under recall...so free...and everything went well. But today when i was luckily about a mile away from my house coming home I turned onto my road, and vheeheehehehhehhh that noise, but a hellva lot louder suddenly comes up. I pull over for a second thinking wow this cant be my car, turn off and turn on and it comes back just as loud, i rev the engine a lil, and it gets louder with the rpms...so at this point im freaking out. OK ok maybe something is stuck in a belt, maybe like a bird, a cat, a mouse who knows..i pop the hook and take a look, nothing there everything looks right. But the noise is still there. I start the car and drive home because i figured i was so close it would be no problem, after like 10 seconds of driving the noise goes away and all is well. So Im home in my driveway, and i start it up and theres the horrible nosie again, I ended up kinda figuring/hoping it was the belt tension, and sure enough when i tightened that up a bit the noise went away. Do you guys think i fixed it, or is it something else worse? What im really trying to figure out is do you think this problem would come back?

Usually a belt will make noise when its to tight or too loose. If the noise doesn't come back I/m guessing its ok, but if it does bring it back to the dealer

Absolutely take it back to them and tell them what you heard. If this wasn't a recall these clowns would have charged you a ton of cash. Being a recall, these same clowns charged Nissan corporate a ton of cash and they must be held to the same high standard. They have done these replacements countless times and they should be able to do them with their eyes closed. Maybe that was the problem...
