Fog Lights

My GXE doesn't have fog lights, searching I haven't found anything about installation of fog lights on my Max. Any information on this type of mod and its difficulty, cost?

I was already there, didn't find my answer which is obviously why I posted the question, but thanks for being an a$$ anyways. If anyone else would actually like to give any help I would honestly appreciate it.

Thanks

hey junior, just a word of advice - you might want to think about NOT swearing at other members, because nobody is going to help a little 16 year old punk with an attitude. i was going to post a link for you, but now you need to find it yourself. and guess what n00b - it's there if you look past your nose

[edit] and if you're older than 16 years old, try to reflect your age in your posts, because the way you come across now strikes me as a little child. peace out [/edit]

I was actually just being sarcastic and not taking it the wrong way but after reading it I can see how it sounds. I apologize if it came across that way. I am frustrated though when someone tells you look in the FAQ's when I obviously have tried it but must have missed it. I figured if someone is going to post me a response regarding the FAQ why not just help me with the link? Again I had no intentions of making people mad because that as you said is immature and I realize that.

I wired mine to my parking lights, and so far they've been ok. (4 months I've had em like that) I should probably get around to upgrading the wires though, they're a little bit thin for a 55w bulb. Check out jerryromenissan.com they've got kits with everything you'll need. My GXE didn't come with the comfort and convenience package, so there were no wires whatsoever for fogs. (thats why I wired them to my parking lights) If you do happen to have them, its a matter of plugging in a relay, installing the new blinker stalk, and mounting the lights... Fairly easy either way, my way was actually quicker, but a lot more ghetto.

the first question is do you want to add oem foglights, or aftermarket? if your gxe has a power driver's seat and power trunk release, then the wiring for oem foglights will be run already. all you would have to do is cut out the grille openings, mount the foglight housings, plug in the foglight relay, and replace the turn signal stalk. if you want to add aftermarket fogs, you just pick up whatever you like, and they will include mounting and wiring instructions. if you buy oem foglights new, they will include instructions also.

actually you dont have to have those things to be pre-wired. i was wired, but dont have either one. the instructions that i got with the kit said "All non-SE models(except GXE A/T models without factory ABS, VSS and a Driver's Power Seat) are pre-wired for the fog lamps)"
