as always, excellent job on the vids and the defeats, Ceaser

? - while you raced the F-150 lightning, i heard some whine from one of the engines, was that the F-150's engine?

you certainly cleaned house on the interior, any plans to put it back together and then some, or are you planning to leave it as is for awhile?

For some reason I thought the Chariot was capable of lower ET's? I'm assuming those runs were N/A?

He is NA, which those are great times for an NA, as for the whine, its from the Truck's supercharger.

Every vid I see of your races makes me jealous. But I'm glad you're a fellow Max driver! Keep up the good work!

Damn ceaser I never seen a maxima so gutted. Is that how u ran it at the track? (beside the driver seat in). Also what is your goal to get the chariot to run in the 1/4 mile N/A?

ha ! no i dont race at the track like that, lol ! but i may do it just once since the weather is hot now ! the car has been sitting in the yard for over a month while i save for a tranny and clutch. this yard ornament thing is getting really old, but im almost there.

i took all that stuff out to do a super detail cleaning job, and i made a deal with another max owner . im going to put a cleaner interior back in, mine was old, worn out, and dirty.

if i do run the car like this at the track, and everyone should, lol ! it would be another 42 lbs lighter.

i had traction problems all night and of course having some drivetrain issues, 3 days later the chariot bit the dust ! lol this was at 155,000 miles.

i really wanted to beat that lighting, i knew he was fast and we raced right after a burnout contest. i was sitting there thinking the whole time, im not going to hook up, there was so much water all over the place. i got a 2.3 or 2.4 60 foot against the lighting and jinxed myself sitting there worrying about it. if not for that i felt like i could have hung with him for alittle while. of course i couldnt beat the guy but wanted to hang.

these runs are under much hotter conditions than the videos of old from this past winter, i was happy that i didnt lose any on my et's.

the chariot in the cold is good for 14.2-14.4, i ran a 14.1 once on a NHRA track under the best conditions ever. anyways, the car in present trim will get a 14.0 on a cold day, just got to wait for the weather !

Awesome videos... Did the Neon beat you there? I've read those things are pretty quick, nonetheless it's just a Neon.

What's next in the list of mods?

damn, too bad you can't wait for the kaaz lsd group deal, but with your clutch needs I guess that would keep you lawn ornament status for another 6 months.

Hey man nice runs and vids

got a question and a comment though...

first off im pretty sure the SRT4 is supposed to be running 13.98 1/4 stock ... i remember it being advertised as "the fastest sports car under 20k$".... the driver in the vid did 14.3+ ... so go slap him upside the head i can't find the exact dodge advertisement (it was a commerical least in this area in NJ) but some specs:

http://www.fantasycars.com/sedans/html/srt4.html

(they say 13.9-14.2) ... blah... still slap that dude...

and as for your gutted interior... i sayz put some leather in thurr

axis the slowest time i have seen a srt-4 run is in the 14.5 area, of course if they messed up the run it could be worse. but on a good to perfect run in a stock srt-4 these guys can bring it home (14.5-13.9) just depends on driver and car. i dont know much about the neons. im thinking the 03's didnt have stage one making them slower than the 04's but again i dont know anything about them.
