Little Hesitation

Ok so I finally registered after hovering around this site for a while. I bought my Max about a month ago and the guy had a transmission put in the car before I bought it with a clutch and everything else. The warranty is up on it soon and I am having a little hesitaition almost like its bogging down I'm not sure if it need a tune-up or maybe its something more serious... Any suggestions?

check knock sensor, and ignition coils. replace fuel filter, and always run Premium. also check/replace spark plugs with either NGK Copper plugs or NGK Platnium Plugs
