burning smell from ypipe installed

smoke came out the front of the engine after i put in the stillen 2 piece ypipe..i got worried..and jacked up the car to see whats up..i didnt leave anything out..everything was put back...wtf?..then after i thought maybe its normal..i drove around and the smoke quickly went away..now theres a faint burnt smell...what could it be?....

other than that..WOW the ypipe...kicks nasty at around 3k rpms...sounds funny too..

It's normal....especially if you used gasket sealer, or anti-sieze on the O2 sensors and bolts....it will go away. my pipe made a nasty smell too...no smoke though

Yeah anytime u put any new metals in the exhaust system it will smell like burning crap.
