best filter for cai

whats everyone using for filters for your afermarket intake? i was planning on going with a k&n RU-2820 but theres many others. so what everyone had good luck with?

for the Place Racing CAI use the K&N RU-2820... its what they used originally when they first started selling them. And its what i buy when i change mine every year.

Why do you buy one every year? Just clean it with the recharger kit?

What's wrong with the monsterflow filter that the Place Racing CAI comes with? And before you say anything about the foam falling apart mine hasn't. How does the Monsterflow compare to the K&N as far as filtering vs. performance is concerned?
