Hello to All,

I'm new to a Maxima world & i may know something but i just want to double check if i'm right or wrong... I just drove my car ealier & it was okay, this afternoon the car wont start anymore, the battery look's okay to me & all i can hear is ..CLICK,CLICK, CLICK, CLICK but it wont turn over to the engine, it sounded like sliding starter.... what could be the problem? should i just change the starter? or it could be something else?.

if you're still using the stock starter then you should change it.

 

If all the rest of the electrical system is working normally, then it's the starter.

Just replced mine last week.

Alternator 2 months ago.

EDIT: Hit the starter with a wrench a few times and knock it around. The car will most likely start up.
