Ever been to Autozone, or Napa, or a parts store? They al have R134 charging kits. Spend the $20, read what it says on the can and you're done.

ALWAYS run a thermostat! Removing your thermostat can lead to cooling problems. The general idea behind a thermostat is to warm the cooling system so that the heater core will function properly. The thermostat also works to slow the flow of water so that it has time to transfer heat through the radiator. Removing the thermostat prevents this heat transfer and can lead to overheating.
