A fog light ?

I have read that the GLE is wired for this up grade, where here is my question how or where would I look to find this wiring. any and all help is thanked for

That was supposed to be: "Installing Fog Lights"

Fog Light connections

I have a 98 GLE and I reached in where the fog lights should have been on mine and found them there, barely taped up. Its two wires in one of those wire guard things with a gray plug.
