Are Tein H-Tech springs progressive rate?

I am wondering if anyone knows for sure if Tein H-Tech springs are progressive rate or linear? Their website doesn't say, and I have talked to multiple dealers who say "yes", "no", and "I don't know".
Can anyone help?

No, I'm interested in the H-Tech springs, they have less drop(about 1.5") than the S-Tech's.

I'm in the middle of putting them on... only got the fronts on, rears will be tomorrow...

They don't LOOK progressive... springs seem fairly even on coil spacing... the ends may have some "progressiveness".... Funny thing is, the H Techs are actually shorter than the Intrax I'm taking off (Intrax are supposed to drop lower)...
