Car sputters at full bore?

Car sputters at full bore?
I noticed that sometimes at low idle, like 500-600 when Im sitting in drive at a stop, or at full bore the car will sputter with a kick shake and a sputter from my exhaust, sometimes more then one. Anyone have this problem?
