Engine Swap

Does anyone have any experience dropping a 2002/2003 3.5L 6-speed into a 95-99 5-speed SE?

why would you spend thousands of dollars on a 3.5L swap when U can make more power for less with a SC or turbo ? There is a 3.5L for sale on Ebay for 1200 bux with buy now. The amount of parts and cash needed to do this will make it more cost effective to just boost the 3.0L.
