Just buy one and have a car shop put it in, most shops charge about $45-50 an hour, well that the price in MO.

Alright stop with the madness... first on some other post a guy is getting milked out for $750 for a brake job and now this... what the hell are these mechanics doing?

The starter rebuilt can be purchased at any autozone/napa/auto parts store. Second, its a very very easy job. I did it myself in about an hour. Theres only 2 bolts holding it into the engine and the only thing you need to take off is your intake to get down there. If you have any kind of mechanical experience this job is very very easy.
