Hey all, if anyone could give me some help or some tips that would be greatly appreciated. What a noob I am, jeesh..

Well I'm in the process of installing my red/clear tails from custommaxima. I got off the original tail light without much problem, but then as I was removing the leftover 3m tacky *** tape, I casually rolled it into a ball and headed towards the trash. Plunk, but now I have reminescents of 3m tape all over my fingers and it's not really coming off.

Also, I have some 3m tape over my new clear left tail light (didn't do the right one yet), so it looks all messy, please tell me it can wash off? Cause from the damn looks of it, it sure doesn't seem like it...

The Red/Clear tails are a bit more work than my first mod ever, the front clear DC bumper lenses..

Any tips, advice appreciated..

Well, finished installing the red/clears, but on the left one the bottom of the red/clear cracked a little along the bottom, not very noticeable if you don't look for it. I used some fingernail polish remover to help get the god damn 3m tar crap off.

I hate that gunk.

 

I think it'll be cool to just have 1 red/clear rear, so one side is all red/clear, and one side has that dab of yellow. You know, start a new style or something. jk, I just installed the right one, so now its good. By the way, anyone know a good place to get some touch up paint?
