Strobe reverse lights

Hi everyone. I once this Lexus is300 backing out and when his reverse lghts were one they were strobes. can anyone post a how to on how i can pull that off on my 98se?

i doubt thats stock, but you can do it pretty easy. All you need is some ebay strobe lights, get the U shaped ones.

Its not stock, go buy some strobes and wire them up... I have them in my corners and reverse lights.
