Has the car had a thorough 60 K service done? COuld be a weak coil pack, but I'd suspect that it woudl throw a CEL. If the spark plugs haven't been changed, they could be getting tired. A clogged fuel filter could potentially not deliver enough fuel for the required amount needed to pull the car up a hill under acceleration. Basically, if the car hasnt had new filters and plugs, most likely your problem.

well it always has the ****ty gas but i didnt think it required a higher octane....and i didnt notice anything about the ac....didnt think of it....also, the car like basically always has a full tank of gas....whenever it drop a millimeter there we go to the gas station to fill it back up...lol

Max_N_Action

You need to read the posts and stickies with your whole 9 posts Im sure you dont think you know it all. Nobody does.

Anywayz yes the type of gas in your max does matter when it comes to performance and mpg.

Also your getting to the 90K tune upstage and yes it could use that. Also if your running with the AC on you will lose performance.
