RPMs bouncing

I noticed yesterday that while doing just below 40mph, my rpms would bounce up and down and i could feel the car almost like bog whenever it did it and it was constant for about 20 seconds. i haven't checked for codes yet, but has anyone run into this problem before?

it's an auto. i just replaced the KS about a month ago. i checked my codes and the only thing i was getting was the line pressure solenoid because of the drop resistor mod i have.
