Auxiliary Input Converter

Hey, I didn't get quite the response I was hoping for in the audio forum, so I thought I'd ask in the 4th gen forum specifically.

I have a 4th gen (1998) maxima with the bose system. Does anyone know if there is a company that sells auxiliary input converters for the bose head unit? This is the type of converter that would go into the back of the bose unit (into the cd changer input) and allow you to hook it up to RCA jacks or a standard 1/8" headphone jack. I want to be able to hook my mp3 player directly into the stereo, rather than through a tape adapter. Please let me know...

you can pick up an fm modulator at circuit city or someplace like that, it goes in line with your antenna and has rca inputs, needs an on/off switch and works on a selected fm frequency

99se5spd is correct, the best thing you can do is a fm modulator that runs through the antenna, do not go wireless unless you want your sounds quality to suffer.

I did not want to go with the fm modulator because they have horrible sound quality. I got my aux input from here http://www.myradiostore.us/auxadapters/ Not sure if they have one for bose system. Good luck
