problem starting the car

ok first off all i just had my tranny rebuild and now the ecu's showing "11 07" which stands for "A/T TCC SN FNCTN "(no idea what that means by the way) but the shop was suppose to fix that, i just dont have time to take it in.

And i never had a problem starting before i rebuild my trany, and this problem started imideatly after i picked up my car.

The problem is that the starter is turning over and the car wants to start but it just doesnt and once it does it runs fine. But i have to sit there for like a couple of minuted just to start the car.

Can that be related to the trany in any way? If not what can it be?
(I have a new starter, fuel filter, spark plugs.)

Make sure the rear crankshaft sensor (POS) is being mounted correctly back on the bell housing, which was removed when they service the tranny.
