You are going to need a radiator very soon, also those spots stain.

already cleaned my engine bay but radiator looks in very good shape i need to know if the thermostat fails and car overheats if it may start leaking through the cap?

When this happened to me there was a hairline crack underneathe the filler spout which would spill fluid all over the engine bay leaving spots. If you dont watch the level of fluid in the radiator it may overheat.

where exactly is it leaving spots on a level surface? right in front of the passenger side cv joint (right by the right wheel area)?? then it's a "weep" hole around the water pump... on the block....drove me crazy when I first got my 4th gen...couldn't figure out where it was coming from...it was dripping off of my A/C compressor...so I thought it had something to do with that....but it wasn't....it means your water pump gasket is old and probably messed up...just get some radiator stop leak....fixed it right up and flush all your radiator fluid at the same time...then pour the stop leak in....certain ones are great i hear....don't remember which I used, but it came highly recommended as it was made to simply rebuild/recondition water pump seals rather than clog stuff up...

i found out a have a hairline crack too but 4"-5" left to the filler opening just where theres a rectangular shape molding
i can't see it but i just came from my mom's house and smell like coolant and saw very small coolant came from that spot i dry it with tissue and saw exactly where it was leaking is so small i can't see it
