black triangle piece on top of door panel

How do you folks remove the black triangle piece on top of the driver door panel? I was able to remove the right and left sides of the triangle piece but unable to remove the bottom of the triangle that appears to attach to the door panel. Thanks.

2 screws on the bottom of the door panel, and then unscrew the cup, and pop it off.
