Will 5th Gen Starter fit on 4th Gen ???

will the 5th gen 2000-2003 Starter fit for the 4th gen 95-99 cause the 4th gen starter seem to be weak replaced 2 already doesn't seem to last too long

ypu rhey changed them. started moved to the front of the car on 2k2 maximas so it is alot easier to replace.
