okay I've taken out the center dash before but I never noticed the bulbs so I cant answer that... however the seatbelt light inside the dash you have to take out the entire speedo/tachometer and the bulbs twist out, its pretty easy. You need to take out 2 screws under your steering column and remove the plastic cover on the steering column. Then unscrew 2 screws that are above the plastic cover over the speedo and take that moulding out. Then you can take out the 3 or 4 screws that hold in the entire speedo assembly... just remember theres a couple of plugs before you take it out and you can locate the bulb... before you take them out try to mark off which bulb is the seatbelt light.

Stupid question... did you put in LED's? OEM has bulbs...
