Autometer gauge problem

I installed the tripple pod and everything works great except that the oil pressure gauge gives a weird reading. At idle its almost at 0 and when you drive the needle moves. Now this doesnt sound right cause in all the cars ive ever seen its not like that. I thought it should be around 20 (0-100). Is it broken?
Anyone know?

The OP needle rests around 10 psi or so on my setup at idle... It will go up to about 50-60psi during highway speeds (3K rpm).

I have an Auto Meter oil gauge and it reads just above the 1st line at idle (approx 13psi) at 650 rpms. On the highway it reads approx 70 psi at 3000 rpms.

Note these readings are after the engine is fully warmed up.

The factory spec is >10psi at idle and approx 65 -85psi at 3000 rpm.
