Downstream O2 Sensor

I am getting a cel code 0707 which is the downstream oxygen sensor. Anybody have experience with the this. The car runs fine and i havent had a drop off in mpg. Can this be cleaned or does this have to be replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

You can try cleaning it with some isopropyl alcohol but I'd recommend replacing it. It's very easy to replace; check the How-to sticky. The downstream O2 has no impact on performance and just reports back to the ECU.
