ECU JET Upgrade

Has anyone done this through custommaxima's website? if so id like to know if it really works, how well it works, and how fast it works....also, should this be done at the end of all your performance upgrades? for example, im getting the cattback exhaust and headers within the month, should i do the chip after?

if you got an ECU JET Upgrade at all id like to know what its all about....thanks guys...

Please scroll down the 4-gen and or 5-gen section until you find another post about the JET ecu. It's a pretty damned expensive sticker.

i have it and trust me it not worth the money i feel no difference in horsepower.or anything. all i know is the it did advance my timing as i could smell it when i started it up the first time but thats about it.waste of money if you ask me. you should go with jim wolf or technosquare.

That's odd. I advanced the timing on my VE30DE and the exhaust smells the same! Can you explain in technical terms how one can smell advanced timing?? Or perhaps it's something else.
