Custom B-Pipe: Yes or No?

Hey Southern Cali orgers I just contacted Koko from Super Tuning Performance <15201 Oxnard St. Unit B Van Nuys, CA 91411, Tele #(818)988-2335> for price quotes on a custom made B-pipe. He said it would be forged from aluminized steel, mandrel-bent, and fitted with a resonator. He said he would charge me $190.00 out the door, or $130.00 for the same as above but excluding the mandrel bents. Please bare with me I have a couple questions. Is the mandrel bending worth the $60.00 extra? And is $190.00 even a good price for a custom B-pipe? How much horsepower to the wheels will I see realistically? And lastly, and probably most important to me, how will my exhaust sound. I am looking for the quietest sound and most hp/tq gain. Please take into account I have a 98 GXE auto w/ Place Racing CAI, WS y-pipe, and will be running a stock muffler. Thanks for the help. Chris.
