ECU area - reach tach wire

I have unplugged the gray connector on the ECU. How do you pop off the white plastic box? I have been trying for a long time.

What are you trying to do with the tach wire? I found it easier to locate it behind the gauges.

The ECU tach wire runs from the Engine to the ECU to the Tach . . . behind the gauges. If you can find it in that bunch, good luck , I found it lonely sitting behind the tach as I stated earlier.

i just used the white/green tach wire from the ECU. it does't appear to work. what color wire is the tach wire you used. tach wire may have different color from year to year.
