i wanted to install a short ram intake on my max cause i read that that was the best kind of cold air intake. i was wondering whether the ebay ones (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW) were easy to install. also, are there still places to hook up the ecu plugs and all that cause i think that the check engine light would go on if they were disconnected (correct me if im wrong).
And last thing, are short ram intakes legal in CA????

 

A hybrid is not a cold air intake, I have no idea where you got that from. They are very easy to install and all the plugs and connectors are used so no light should go on. Are they legal in CA, no. Nothing is legal in CA.
