rear defroster problem

rear defroster problem

I have a problem with my rear defroster always blowing a fuse when i turn it on. I bought the car used so i do not about anything that happened before. i tried changing the relay and the same thing happens. i am using 2 20amp fuse. HELP?!

i kinda figured but is there a way to test where its short or can i drag new wires back there? if so, how much will it cost?
