clear marker lights

I entered a site were a guy had cut the orange off his parking lights and there was a clear cover under it. Has anyone done this? That may have been a post off of this page I can't find that site and I don't want to cut my lights apart it there is no clear clover under the orange. Thanks for the help!

Sorry I found the page and it was for a 2K. I had my hopes up for a cheap upgrade.
