Weird noise from A/C help

Now many of us know that the blower motor sometimes makes a whining noise when on low. Just a Max Fact. but now my max is making a louder noise when on higher fan speeds. It sounds like one of those air pumps that you plug into the cigarette socket, that kinda make a "farting" fluttering noise. I took a look underneith the glove box where those black boxy panel thingys are and thats where its coming from. Anybody knwo what it could be? It is very annoying. There are two gold screws down there, but unscrewing them does not unsecure the piece. I don't want to make matters worse. Anybody at least have a clue as to what it is?

I had a noise like that about 2 years ago, so I took off the glove box to look at the blower motor. when I looked inside Ifound a piece of paper was the cause of the noise. I dont know how it got in there.

so after I take off the glove box, how do I get to the actual blower motor?
See, if i squeeze that black plastic "pan" it gets rid of the noise. shifting the black contraption yeilds a swishing noise (air) should it? How do i take the think apart? Am I liable to truly screw something up? I am assuming that those gold screws come out and then there are some other screws? Help? Thanks!

there should be three little bolts holding the black cover. Just take those off and look around with a flash light.Don't turn it on with out making sure the black cover is secured back on.

but you have to take off the glove box in order to get to the bolts right? I see two of them just by sticking my head down there. They are the gold ones right? Just want to make sure. Thanks BTW, Welcome to the Org
