KN Panel filter or Ebay intake?

Its time to get a new air filter im wondering which u guys prefer, i dont wanna spend too much (over 100$) and i hear that some intakes make u loose low end torque, which is what i dont want what do u guys say?

Go with the E-Bay intake. From the hundreds of posts I read about the Place Racing style CAI you won't lose low-end torque, it'll make your car sound better and should get you a few more HP. That's why I have one on order. If you buy E-bay make sure you monitor your filter. Some guys have had to replace them b/c poor quality.

intakes are not worth it & you end up losing low-end like you said...

i tried a couple & ended up sticking a regular k & n filter into the stock box...

I got an E-bay CAI about two years ago. It came with a K&N filter. It sounds great and works great. I think the filter is the biggest thing to worry about. Just get one with a good filter and you should be fine.

ghettorig

just buy a k&n filter and strap that onto the maf. sounds great, and gives a noticeable kick in the powerband. Check the How-To's.
