95/96 Tinted Tails

I was wondering if the 95/96 could post there pics if your tails are tinted. I would also like it if you could include wether or not you used the vht night shade tint or if you used black paint and what type. And lasty where or not you paint on the outside or on the inside of the lense.

Dude, I don't care what anyone else says. These are a big improvement from stockers, but the 97-99 red/clears rule over all. Which is why I want to convert to a 97.

Ummm...i hope everybody that didn't use VHT Nite Shades made sure that the paint they used was translucent. If you dont know what translucent means, you have no business tinting your tail lights.

hey nismo about the pinstrip if you go to a paint shope or some auto stores they have this earser think that goes on your drill and u hold it at an angle and it only take like 35 to 40 minetes to do the whole car i used one and it was sweet cause nothing else would get it off without scratching it. the guy who painted my car gave me that advice and i just thought i would pass it on

here's my tinted tails. i bought some transparent windows testor from local hobby shop as well, sprayed 4 coats on it...but it gradually come off whenever i wash the car. now the tails are back to stock looking again

according to ludacris, VHT night spray tint will last longer and work better than transparent testor. i also bought transparent red vinyl to red out my tail. basically re-doing the whole tail again. i will post picture when it's completed.

Red-clears after 4 coats of niteshades and one clearcoat, everything lights up fine..

10 coats will leave you with black tails...pretty tacky looking imo

Whoa, Ludacris, did you remove some of the tint on yours? Looks a lot lighter than it used to. I know I've told you this plenty of times, but your car is friggin sexy.
