NGK double platinum spark plug (PFR5G-11 OEM for the car) and Bosch for O2. Replacing the two front O2 is pretty straightforward. You need to put car on jack stands and use an O2 socket. You get to them from under the car. The rear O2 (behind catalytic converter) looks more difficult, but I haven't changed it yet.

i get really poor gas mileage (like 18mpg or 250 per tank on full fillup) I figure it may be the O2 sensor....if I don't have a check engine light, may this still be the problem?
