ADDCO rsb install, need help...

I was installing the ADDCO rsb I just bought off another member, can't remember his name right now and I noticed after I mounted the 2 U-bolts on the support between the wheels, that the other 2 bolts that he sent me are not big enough to fit around the control arms. Does anybody know where I can get 2 bolts to replace these? Anyone have any laying around they want to sell? Or can I order replacements from ADDCO??

wierd they should...make sure you are going under the e-brake cable (you have to bend the bracket out) and the abs lines are out of the way if equipped. contact addco they can help you out.

Thanks for the reply, but the dude that sold it to me, said that he had to replace those two bolts, and was having trouble finding them at any store. I guess he just grabbed the closest thing and sent them. Because the ones I have will definitely not work. Home Depot said they could custom bend some for me, but that if it is a load bearing piece that it might not hold under pressure. Anybody have contact info for ADDCO?

Yeah I know what you are talking about the first two 'over the axle' u-bolts took a little wiggling to get the bolts through the holes, but these 2 'over the control arm' bolts are like a half inch two short, the need to be about 2 3/4 inches wide to clear the top and bottom of the control arm, and they are only 2 1/4 inches wide. I tried to purchase a 2 1/2 inch u-bolt from HD and it was just barely too short.

Update: I just called the 800 number on ADDCO's website and talked a really nice lady there. I gave her my info. and told her the u-bolts that I am needing and she said she would ship them out today! Hopefully I will be able to update this thread again in a couple of days with a success story.

Success, wow what a vendor!! I received not only the two U-bolts I needed, but the other two as well!! Friendly service, no charge, and fast shipping. I recommend ADDCO to anyone thinking about a RSB. A++++++.
