side moldings on door

i have a 95 se what i want to know is the moldiongs on the door just taped on or is ther presure pins on the back of the molding meaning is ther hole on the door?

Are yours fading like mine? Only my fronts are, on both sides for some strange reason. Seriously, don't know, but want to find out.

how exactly is it fading, and aren't those parts screwed on from the inside of the door.
