Clearence Lights

When making the clearence lights brighter, as mentioned on the VQPower site, are they suppose to stay on at all times (when the headlights are turned on) or only when the blinker is turned on?

you can choose to have them on sperately or with you headlights. it depends what position you light switch is in.
