Nismo racing seats.

Saw some Nismo Racing seats on ebay for $300 +/- shipped. Was wondering if any one has these or ones like it? Are they any good? are they comfortable?

1st one:

Nismo/Recaro???? Definitely not either brand.....

2nd one:

Maybe those are real.......if they are, they SHOULD be pretty comfortable. Why not 350z seats?
