Ordering from STILLEN.COM

Anyone have any idea how long it usuall takes stillen to ship somethings out? I am replacing some parts on my SC'er and just wondering what i should expect for turnaround time.

I have heard that they usually don't sell replacement parts for people who buy things used instead of buying new from them.
