For the wiring, you'll have to buy an aftermarket 9004 wiring harness if you want your LOW/HIGH to work properly. If not, you can just splice the LOW BEAM +/- wires from the factory 9004 plug and connect it to a 9006 male plug so that it can plug into the hella ballasts.

Once you get real good at doing this, how long would it take you to make these?

Could you make a bunch at once and get a group discount on the materials? I am willing to pay up from for the cost of mine, could everyone prepay for these? :>

I am willing to pay for a good set of bi-xenons retrofitted... especially if someone wants to make a set for the org!

I want to try it myself first though.

I used the Hella bixenons from the A6/RS6 instead of the ones from the E55. Your best place to find them is ebay and here:
