Gearshift **** - poll, opinions, etc.

I just painted the center console aluminumish. Looks pretty good but now the **** needs to be altered. It's a black SE with black leather.
I went to the local pepboys, nopi, and napa... but most looked horrible and some had freakin' rotating lights in them. I don't want rotating lights. What I want is a mostly aluminum ****.
If anyone has pics of something closely relating to this, please post and let me know where you got it.
Thanks,

Check out the Anniversary edition shift ****. It's leather with an aluminum looking top where the gears are noted. You can find them on eBay or any one of many online sites for Maxima stuff.

i love my momo

F16 chrome/black leather

the top and most of the back are leather (unfortunately you cant see the chrome on the whole front underside in these pictures, sorry)

furthermore momo rocks because if you get a momo shift boot (which you will have to cut and sew in your stock rectangular metal frame from your existing pos boot) it threads onto the base of the ****.

if you dont use a momo boot, the ***** come with a cover that screws over the threads so they always have a finished look

those pics were before i fixed it, it sits about 1" lower then that now

If your wanting an aluminum ****, check out the Ichibahn "wild" series. I have one of these and it looks and feels great. Mine has a "gun metal" top, but they come in all kinds of colors (including aluminum).

I believe crutchfield.com has these...may be a little high, but worth looking at.
