Recalls are free. I can't tell you if there are any outstanding recalls for your car for two reasons:
1. I don't know what car you have - every year Maxima is treated seperately.
2. I don't know your VIN number
Go to alldata.com and you should be able to figure out what recalls are applicable to your specific year/model. Then call your dealer with your VIN and see if any recalls have not been performed.
It is probably in everyone's interest, including yours, if you do some basic research (not necessarily on these forums) before posting such questions - since the answers are easy to find).
e.g a search on car recalls on google.com - the first link returned is to:

Where you can see all the recalls for all makes and models sold in the USA.
