i got a new leather interior

but when i look at the front seats backs, there is this big leather square plate attached at back, how do i remove it, i tried to slide it up down left etc nothing works

i also need to know , where the headrests go, there is a base and two holes in them where the headrests rods go, how do i remove this plastic base? from there i should make holes in the new leather and put the base back

There are plastic stab-in clips on one end (top or bottom, I don't remember wihich) and metal "L" shaped brackets on the other. Pull the panel out on the end with the clips, then slide the panel to free the end with the brackets.
