Getting a new clutch at a shop..
This is probably the best way to go, right? Get a fairly reputable shop to install a clutch for you? Are there any betters ways to get this done?
Anyway, I'm sure my car needs a new clutch after 133k miles, suffering some abuse every now and then. I already bought a clutch kit from somewhere a while ago, and I remember when I called up a store a little while ago to get it installed, they gave me the option to also replace something else which had to do with the clutch, I forget what it's called. Anyway, is this a good idea to do?
I'm sure my clutch is showing signs of dying. I mean, it seems fine driving up to like 4krpm's, but once i get higher, especially on gears 2 or 3, it just has a funny feeling. Like the meter isn't going up as fast as it should or something, and the check engine light flashes just about all the time i go up to 5k or so.
Thanks,
Dan
