Help....battery drainage

Help....battery drainage

What can i do to help my battery from draining? I have a system, neons, some LED's, and Foglights.

Draining when? Overnight, just while sitting for an hour or two? I noticed that after like 5 minutes of sitting a battery will drain to like 10v.

My alternator is fine....had it checked. Would getting a capacitor for the system make a difference?
